You can request deletion of your RoutinePals account and all associated data — including any child profiles you created — at any time. Choose either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open RoutinePals and sign in to your parent/caregiver account.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- To remove a single child: open that child's profile and choose Delete profile (this deletes that child's routines, media, and progress without deleting your account).
- To remove everything: choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us from the email address on your account and we will process the deletion for you:

Please include the account email address so we can verify and locate your data.
We respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Your parent/caregiver account and login credentials
- All child profiles you created (names/nicknames, avatars, PINs)
- All routines, steps, schedules, and progress/completion history
- Any photos, videos, and voice recordings you added to routines
- "How I feel" and "Waiting" board entries
- Rewards, stars/points balances, and related activity
What may be kept, and for how long

| Limited billing / transaction records (if you had a paid subscription) | Retained only as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted. Payment-card details are held by our payment processor (Stripe), not by RoutinePals. |
