Plans and the free creation preview

The 14-day free creation preview lets you add 1 child, up to 2 custom routines, and up to 3 custom characters. Saved core routines, templates, step timers, Kid Mode, and the caregiver dashboard remain usable. RoutinePals Pro removes creation limits and adds caregiver AI routine drafting, AI pictures and social stories, and custom rewards.

US Pro pricing is $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers may receive an introductory trial. The purchase screen shows the exact price, billing period, and any trial before you approve it.

Manage or cancel a subscription

• Web purchase: sign in at routinepals.com, open Settings, then choose Manage billing.
• Apple purchase: manage the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Google Play purchase: manage the subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.

Canceling stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

Restore an App Store or Google Play purchase

Sign in with the same RoutinePals caregiver account used for the purchase. Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. Also confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account or Google Account that made the purchase. If Pro still does not appear, email support with the platform and approximate purchase date.

Routine reminders

Enable reminders in RoutinePals Settings and allow notifications when your device asks. A reminder uses the device's normal notification sound and message. Tapping it opens the relevant routine. Delivery can be affected by notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, battery restrictions, and device settings.

Find & Ring

Find & Ring is a browser-dashboard tool for a device that was registered for RoutinePals notifications. It plays a sound to help find a misplaced device; it does not track the device's location. This control is not presented as a native-app feature.

Delete an account

A caregiver can delete the family account from RoutinePals Settings. You can also follow the instructions on the account deletion page. Deleting a RoutinePals account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google, so cancel that subscription in the applicable store as well.
